Salary: Competitive Salary (Dependant on experience and qualifications, this will be discussed in an interview)

Job Description: The role of the Baby Room Leader is to work as part of the management team to provide professional leadership and management to the early year’s practitioners within their base room and to ensure that all children receive the highest standards of care and education.  Also the candidate would need to have some years’ experience working with babies.

What you need:

• Room Leader Experience especially with babies
• Be able to plan for the individual child
• Be able to complete Learning Journeys and Key work 
• Honest, reliable and flexible, with an enthusiastic approach to work
• Excellent organisational, time management and IT skills
• The confidence and knowledge to liaise with outside agencies in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to work under pressure without supervision
