Curriculum and Safeguarding Lead

Are you a designated safeguard lead who is passionate about the Early Years and enjoys supporting and motivating others?
We’re looking for a Curriculum and Safeguarding Lead to join our dedicated and professional team in Eureka! Nursery – an Ofsted Outstanding setting.
The successful candidate will:
- Inspire and motivate practitioners to deliver great play based experiences supporting the EYFS
- Lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of curriculum content
- Lead on safeguarding matters and be the primary point of contact for staff, parents and external agencies
- Contribute to the development of policies and practices which maintain our reputation as a Centre of Excellence
- Possess a safeguarding accreditation/qualification and experience of safeguarding in a similar setting
- Have excellent interpersonal skills

This role is supernumerary, but may be included in ratios to cover staff absences.
