A bit about us

Connect2Care are a market leading, award winning, national specialist training and apprenticeship provider for the care sector.  We are focused on supporting apprentices and employers through career journeys with expert advice, creativity and passion.

We are looking for a number of Training Consultants over the coming months, across England, with opportunities available to be based from every county!

The lowdown on being a Training Consultant

As a Training Consultant you will coach and mentor learners in the workplace and remotely, via technology, promoting learning and preparation for assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in the Early Years sector.  You will work regionally, as part of a team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management.  Given the nature of the task at hand, you will be permanently employed on a full-time basis, but be given complete flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule.

As a Training Consultant with Connect2Care you can expect to receive a competitive starting salary between £20,000 - £28,000pa, based on prior sector experience and qualifications PLUS a fantastic, enhanced benefits package that really does come with all the bells and whistles!

Do I need any specific experience or qualifications?

Training and development is at the heart of all we do and that extends to our staff.  As long as you have at least 3 years' experience within the Early Years sector, such as a pre-school, nursery or childminder, at supervisory or management level and the drive, determination and passion to develop others, then we will develop you!

Whether you are currently working in the Early Years sector, looking to embark on a career transition into training and development or a qualified and experienced training/assessing professional, we will deliver you a personally tailored training and development package, uniquely not just after you've started with us, but before, jammed packed full of courses, qualifications and professional development to boost you to become an industry leading, best-in-class Training Consultant in no time.

Please note; that due to the nature of the role we do ask that all our Training Consultants, outside of Greater London, have a full UK driving license and access to their own car/motorbike for business travel.
