Would you like to work for an organisation steeped in history but focused on the future and recognised worldwide as an organisation of excellence?  An organisation that promotes a healthy work/life balance and recognises and rewards achievements?  If so, then Norland is the place for you.

We have recently been awarded the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework (TEF) Gold standard for delivering consistently outstanding teaching, learning and outcomes for our students. In March 2019 we were also granted Taught Degree Awarding Powers (TDAP) by the Privy Council and now offer our own BA (Hons) Early Years Development and Learning degree alongside the prestigious Norland Diploma.

We are looking to appoint a Consultant to join our busy and thriving Newly Qualified Nannies department to support the NQN aspect of the Norland Diploma by placing, supporting and assessing NQNs.

The successful candidate will teach on programmes delivered by Norland College and act as a module lead for the NQN and/or employment units of the Norland Diploma. You will need to hold a professional early years qualification at level 3 or above and have a strong CPD record. Recent experience of working with babies and families, including a period of time working in a home setting, is a crucial requirement for this post.

You will need to demonstrate commitment to the success of students and hold excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport when meeting new people.
