What do you need to have to be considered for this position?

You will be supported every step of the way by your designated area manager and dedicated central office teams and we will work with you to develop your skills further; however, we do ask that you bring some skills and expertise with you. You would be required to have experience delivering excellent leadership and management within a Nursery/ Early Years setting. Be passionate about implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring high quality care and learning opportunities for all children, this will include experience of developing relationships with parents/ guardians and experience of positively developing staff. We will also ask you to demonstrate your ability to manage appropriate budgets, monitor spending and take overall responsibility of all financial and administrative tasks in the Nursery. You will also be asked to demonstrate your experience of managing and projecting occupancy.
