REPORTS TO: Area Manager, Proprietor   

Bright Beginnings Day Nurseries aim to develop a partnership between parents, children, and the nursery in order to achieve the very best care and education for each individual child.

We pride ourselves on our child orientated ethos, and the strong relationships we build with parents and outside agencies. 

We are seeking 2 Nursery Managers to join both our Ofsted good and outstanding day nurseries in Twickenham. The aim of the position is to oversee all aspects to establish a high quality and financially sustainable nursery, overseeing all aspects of the day to day business and administrative practices. 

Requirements:

The successful candidates will preferably Degree in childcare Minimum of NVQ 3 or other equivalent childcare qualification, with a recognised qualification in Maths and English. 

Ideally, you will have 5 5ears post qualifying experience, 2 years of which  included managing and supervising staff in an early years setting
