Trainee Recruitment Consultant Early Years

Due to rapid expansion we are looking to recruit trainee recruitment consultants to join our hard working and dedicated staff, candidates who are looking for careers with fast track progression and ability to earn uncapped commission!

JBD are an outstanding Early Years recruitment agency. The company delivers exceptional temporary and permanent staff to nurseries across South East England.

The role :

Working on the temporary desk and learning all aspects of recruitment from filing through to posting and placing jobs and managing your own location and clients:

• Reference checking
• Completing DBS checks
• Filing and maintaining spreadsheets
• Answering the phone and taking messages
• Resourcing candidates and arranging interviewing
• Liaising with candidates and clients
• Assisting with taking bookings.
• be part of the rota for an on call emergency service from 7am till 10pm

The goal would be to be trained within 6 months and have the ability to manage your own clients and location.

We are looking for someone who is articulate, well spoken and has an excellent eye for detail. You must be hard working, dedicated and results driven. You must have a good sense of humour and be hungry to learn.
