We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to provide high quality care and education for the children of the staff and students of Queen Mary University of London. Our 65 place nursery needs an enthusiastic individual to help our dedicated staff team in maintaining an atmosphere that nurtures children under five.
The successful candidate must have a recognized Early Years qualification, a strong desire to help improve the lives of children and their families, good knowledge of children’s development under the age of five, a high standard of written and spoken English. You will be required to be cleared by the 'Disclosure and Barring Service’ for working with children.
The post is a full time permanent appointment. Starting salary will be £24,795 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave (pro rata), pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
