The WonderWorks is a new start business, which aims to deliver sustainable childcare to the TV and film industry.

January 2020 sees the launch of our first full-time nursery facility, which is currently under development within the campus at Warner Bros Studios, Leavesden (Watford).

The home of many of the world’s major motions pictures including the Harry Potter collection this site hosts some of the industry’s greatest creative minds, hardest workers and most exceptional talents. Our mission – to ensure none of them must choose between a career in film and having a family ever again!

Naturally the industry will expect the same exacting standards from our services as it does across all departments, which is why we’re aiming to provide a truly world class centre for excellence.

With direct access into our own private on-site nature reserve our children will be encouraged to thrive in an equal indoor/outdoor developmental environment, which develops free expression, creativity and play as much as more fundamental skills such as literacy and reasoning. We’ll only ever be as good as our people however, which is why we’re seeking those who are truly motivated by inspiring, shaping and nurturing young minds.

Films aren’t just filmed in studios of course, so we are also developing a fully mobile, Ofsted-registered early years facility which can depart Leavesden and attach to productions when they’re on the road. Applicants for roles with our business should also be excited by the opportunity to travel and spend up to 3 months per year as part of a live, major film production.
