The Lloyd Park Children’s Charity are expanding childcare services and opening a new provision in Chingford for children from 2-5 years. Our charity strives to create a fair and healthy working environment where our colleagues are valued within a culture of collaboration and respect.

We have a range of exciting opportunities working in our current settings in Walthamstow or joining our new team in Chingford, including:

Post: Early Years Practitioners Level 2

Hours: Full time 36 hours per week.

Location: Chingford

Salary: £17,896

Qualifications: Minimum level of requirements Level 2 in early years

Job purpose:

• To deliver the keyworker responsibilities, as part of a family group, building relationships with children and families to promote the child’s learning and development and wellbeing under the supervision of a named Level 3 practitioner. 
• To implement the Early Years Curriculum in line with current statutory guidance and the processes adopted by the charity.
• To work as part of the team in sustaining high quality services and implementing the charities vision, mission, values and strategic plans and objectives.
• To implement all policies and procedures.
• To be committed to continual professional development.
