Nursery Teacher required in Changzhou, China.

English Teacher with a Degree qualification required to work for a state of the art nursery school in Changzhou, China.

This is a fairly new, amazing nursery school, offering day care to babies and children aged from birth to 6 years.  The nursery capacity is for 200 children but the classes are very small with up to 8 children led by the teacher and assistant.  The nursery operates Wednesday to Sunday, hours 9am to 6pm – a 40 hour week teaching 4 to 5 hours per day and the remaining hours are training, and lesson preparation hours.  The work schedule includes teaching speech and drama, English, music and movement, cookery, and arts and crafts.  Lunch is taken 12 till 1 each day.  Monday and Tuesday are non working days. 

This is a full-time, permanent position, where the candidate MUST commit to a minimum 1 year contract and ideally looking to offer a longer term commitment.  Candidates must have a degree in any subject, recognised by the Chinese embassy, a Level 3 or higher qualification in early years is also desirable but not essential.  A degree along with work experience in the childcare field is essential.

Salary £2,000 to £2,700 per month equivalent of 18,000 to 25,000 RMB per month.

• Additional benefits include: Annual bonus up to £1,137 or 10,000 RMB depending on performance, flight tickets - reimbursement for return flights – 1 return flight to home country per year, visa provided, accommodation allowance within 15 to 30 minutes walk of the nursery but close to grocery stores; medical insurance, annual leave 15 days, plus 11 national public holidays and up to 3 sick days leave.
