Qualified Early Years Practitioner for Forest Nursery 

We would like a fun friend, who enjoys being outdoors and thinks that children are the most amazing people in the world to come and help us to learn and grow at our nursery.

We are a small Forest Nursery in Loughton, our small friends are aged from 12 weeks to 5 years. We spend a lot of time learning outdoors in our beautiful woodland, so you need to be a big friend who has lots of energy, is very creative and enjoys playing with us.

Valley Hill Kids

Valley Hill Forest Nursery & Kid’s Club is a small-sized, family-run, setting in Loughton.

Offering Nursery, Pre-school and out of school provision for children aged 12 weeks to 12 years.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, energetic, fun, level 3 qualified practitioner, to join our friendly staff team.

You will have a secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and have experience working with children age 12 weeks to 5 years. You will be confident in providing a play-based, child-led curriculum and in scaffolding children’s learning and development. You would ideally have forest school or outdoor education experience but this isn’t essential, just the willingness to train as a forest school practitioner is essential. You must be organised and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
