We are looking for a smart & upbeat individual to join the team and be the face of customer service & front of house at Brixton. Playing a crucial role in our front-line customer experience, the right candidate will balance operational sense with creativity & impeccable people skills - going that extra mile to delight our customers. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

- The face of the brand - developing great relationships with our parents & children

- Working with the nursery team delivering all of our day-to-day operational processes

- Line management of our Nursery Operations, managing rotas and organising everyone to deliver a great service

- Working with our nursery team to deliver timely communications to our parents including our weekly newsletter 

- Procurement and budget management 

- Collaborating with our events team and managing and running weekend Family Club events 

 

About you 

- A good degree or relevant work experience

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent computer skills including powerpoint/keynote

- Ability to multi-task effectively & prioritise

- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role

- Passionate and positive (always see the glass half full) 

- Service-focused and detail-oriented 

- Driven by a ‘make it happen’ attitude 

- High energy brought to every task you take on 

- A love for customer service (making people happy!) 

- Hard worker and a problem solver
