Job Details

At N we deliver outstanding education and care to our children at all times. We are looking for a smart & upbeat individual to join the operations team to audit and support safeguarding and risk in our nurseries. You will be working closely with our education team to deliver outstanding education to our children and with the operations team to deliver on projects and support with internal comms using our central intranet portal.

 

What you'll be doing

- Auditing all nurseries once a term against core educational, compliance and service elements

- Be responsible for updating policies, procedures and guides

- Provide nursery management cover as required 

- Provide safeguarding support to Nursery Managers

- Own the risk register and be responsible for keeping this updated, identifying and responding appropriately to risk

- Reporting on key educational statistics

- Support educator and manager inductions as required

- Support the delivery of projects

- Manage our central intranet, working with departments to updating content

 

About you

- Nursery management experience

- An Early Years qualification and strong safeguarding knowledge

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Confident in people management ad feedback delivery

- Excellent computer skills

- Ability to multi-task effectively & prioritise

- Passionate and positive (always see the glass half full) 

- Service-focused and detail-oriented 

- Driven by a ‘make it happen’ attitude 

- High energy brought to every task you take on
