How do we educate and care?
Our aim is to provide a great experience for children, by creating an assortment of different activities each day. We encourage our team to be as imaginative as possible, as we believe that when staff are excited, the children will engage more and thrive on it.
Treating each team member as an individual with different skills and interests will ensure we all take responsibility for certain aspects of the day and can grow in our role. Our team members want each other to succeed and be rewarded.
In keeping with our modern outlook, we are as paper-free as possible, to minimise additional work and also to ensure that you get to focus on your role as a professional educator.
The day-to-day:
- Create fun activities and deliver great care to all children
- Experiment with new ideas and build on your own interests
- Truly own the relationship with your key-children and their families
- Ensure safeguarding is the priority and maintain high standards by following our policies
- Work 40 hours per week between 800-1830
