Full time - £28,000 to £30,000 per annum

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our enthusiastic and dedicated early years team, based in our Ofsted Outstanding nursery.

As our Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we provide the highest standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual education for the children in our care. Through effective leadership and management, you will ensure that we continue to reflect our Outstanding rating and maintain a Centre of Excellence.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a robust knowledge of the EYFS with experience of child protection and safeguarding matters
• Have experience of managing budgets
• Possess excellent communication skills and an ability to relate easily to government officials, educationalists, parents/carers, staff, and children
• Be highly motivated, financially aware, with good organisational skills and commercial acumen
• Have a successful track record in leading a team within a Good or Outstanding childcare setting.
• As a minimum, hold an NNEB/CACHE, BTEC or NVQ in Childcare at Level 3 or above
