Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience of working in an early years setting after gaining the Level 3 qualification. Proven experience of leading and mentoring as well as extensive knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding procedures and strong Literacy, numeracy and IT skills. You must also be confident in communicating with customers face to face and on the phone and be able make decisions whilst lead your team and inspire them daily.
