- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: £23,441.64 - £24,148.80 per annum
- Qualification: Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
- Location: 1 Bessborough Street, London, SW1V 2JD.
Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced room leaders to join our management team at Bessborough and lead on providing high quality childcare in our Nursery. You will be expected to supervise the learning environment and be able to plan and organise activities in line with the EYFS whilst advising both experienced and new staff.
Job Requirements
- Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
- To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding
- Work flexibly (in relation to shifts, new ideas, etc.) and act as a role model for staff
- To build strong, supportive and professional relationships with the team

- 1 Baby, 1 Toddler & 1 Pre-school room
- 51 place setting
- We have large spacious rooms across 1 floor that all leads out to a fantastic garden space
- 0-5 Years
- Ofsted Rating – ‘OUTSTANDING’
- Opening times – 8am-6pm
