Job Details
Job Title: Early Years Assistant
Location: Pimlico
Salary: £8.78 - £10.18 per hour dependant on qualification
Hours: Part Time - 25 hours per week
Qualification: Level 1 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
We are recruiting for an Early Years Assistant to join our Bessborough Community Nursery on a part time basis. The aim of your role will be to help continue to provide outstanding childcare. At Bessborough we have a great team and we want to give Early Years professionals the opportunity to offer high quality childcare. In return we help to progress and develop your own knowledge and skills for you to be able to progress and take the new step in your career.
Person Specification:
- Qualification Early Years Childcare or relevant work experience within an Early Years Setting
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding
- Ability, flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities or duties as deemed necessary
- To build strong, supportive and professional relationships with the team
Working at Bessborough:
- 1 Baby, 1 Toddler & 1 Pre-school room
- 51 place setting
- We have large spacious rooms across 1 floor that all leads out to a fantastic garden space
- 0-5 Years
- Ofsted Rating – ‘outstanding’
- Opening times – 8am-6pm
