An amazing opportunity to join an inspiring Nursery group in London. The nursery group has an innovative and unique approach to childcare. This is an opportunity for an experienced and competent Education Officer/Advisor to join and support all nurseries within the group across London.

Full time, permanent role

 The role;

- Delivering targeted educational improvement support dependent on the unique needs of each nursery

- Observing the quality of teaching, coaching and role modelling outstanding teaching

- Monitoring and supporting with the implementation of the EYFS curriculum

- Mentoring, coaching and delivering 1-1 training to Nursery Management teams and Educators

- Monitor the quality & completion of observations, assessments and planning

- Deliver the Group’s inset day programme & other training as required

- Provide hands on support with environmental set-ups

- Track and ensure adequate support for children with S.E.N.D./other vulnerable cohorts

- Support with the development and delivery of company projects

About you

- Experience as a Deputy or Nursery Manager at a reputable setting- Experience of supporting nurseries to develop outstanding provision, ideally in a multi-site group

- Experience of training delivery/good presentation skills

- Positive attitude

-Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service

Able to motivate and lead

- Min 4 years’ relevant experience

- Relevant Early Years qualification, level 3 or above preferable with a degree
