Salary and benefits:

Apprentice £19+   ¦Practitioner £22+ ¦ Room Leader £25+ ¦

40 hour week

31 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Earn more holiday the longer you work with us

Paid overtime, paid sick days

Individual yearly training budget

Regular team treats like trips out of London, go karting, yoga

Day to day:

Teaching!

You will focus on creating exceptional experiences for the children at our nursery which excite and engage them and help them along their learning journey

You will care deeply about the well-being of the children in your room, listening to their voices and meeting their needs

You will be a trusted partner for our parents, building strong relationships with them

You will keep learning with on the job training and in and out of house courses led by industry experts

Passionate about working with young children

High energy, positive thinker with a ‘can-do’ approach

Able to think on your feet – changing and extending activities to meet the needs of the children

Someone everyone wants in their team

A Relevant Early Years Qualification L2 / L3 or more or the desire to get qualified on the job
