Centre Manager, First Bridge Centre

About Us

This is an exciting opportunity to join First Bridge Centre, a newly formed centre in West London, providing Interdisciplinary Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention Services for children from 14 months to 5 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions. We also have a fully developed curriculum for primary school aged children and are providing EIBI services, social skills clubs and parent training for older children.

Our specialist team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLTs, OTs and Teachers have expertise in supporting children with a wide range of social, communication and learning difficulties. Together we are united in improving the lives and outcomes for the children under our care through Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention and outstanding education. 

The Role

Reporting into the Chief Executive, the Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and ensuring a high standard of learning, development and care for the preschool aged children in the service. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that the centre is a safe environment for the children, staff and others. They will develop excellent partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development. They will have responsibility for the staff working within the centre.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent;
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a senior leader in an Early Years setting;
• Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current OFSTED statutory guidance.
