The Dwight community benefits from a rich diversity of cultures, nationalities and experiences, with over 50 nationalities represented and over 40 languages spoken which we celebrate and cherish.

We welcome applications from individuals who share our vision to nurture confident, compassionate learners who are ready for the future as well as aspiring to our commitment  of educating for a better, more peaceful world.

Experience of working in a management or leadership role

A passion for play, inquiry-led learning and outdoor learning

    Flexibility and adaptability

In return we can offer:

A supportive and innovative leadership team
