The Dwight Early Years is a welcoming and inclusive setting that values inquiry, play and outdoor learning. We would like to expand our nursery to younger children (currently we start at 3 years old) and to extend our hours to provide wraparound care throughout the year. The post holder will have considerable autonomy to develop the nursery within the ethos of the school.

This exciting new role will be pioneering significant changes to Early Years provision at Dwight, by developing a unique nursery experience for children within the ethos of a forward thinking, global network of international schools.

We are looking for a confident and caring Nursery Manager who has:

    A relevant Early Years qualification, Level 3 or above or QTS

    Minimum 5 years post qualification experience within a childcare setting

    Experience of working in a management or leadership role

    A passion for play, inquiry-led learning and outdoor learning

    Flexibility and adaptability

    Good knowledge of EYFS regulations
