Inspired Learning Group (ILG) is a growing group of 16 independent preparatory schools and nurseries across Greater London. Overall, our staff of over 330 are responsible for over 1,300 pupils, making us one of the largest independent school groups in the UK.
We are looking to build a pool of supply staff to cover staff absence and sickness in our Nurseries.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work part time and flexible hours.
Our nurseries have a strong family atmosphere and prepare children exceptionally well for their first steps towards primary schools. Each nursery under the ILG umbrella has its own unique identity and ethos, though all are equally dedicated to our core promise of a broad and balanced curriculum for every child.
The successful candidate should be passionate about teaching and children’s learning.
Applicants should demonstrate the following qualifications & experiences:
- Success as an Early Year Practitioner/ Montessori teacher
- Qualified to preferably NVQ Level 3 / Foundation Degree or BA in Early Years
- Enthusiasm, vision, drive, adaptability, and resilience
- High personal standards
- Confident, positive, and approachable
- Flexible and maintain a sound sense of humour
