The role:

Full time, permanent position

Day to day responsibility for managing a team of nursery nurses in the baby room

Taking the lead in planning experiences and environment where young babies will feel happy, safe and stimulated

Working closely with other members of the management team to maintain the smooth running of the nursery

The candidate:

MUST have at least 2 years experience of working with babies

Ideally will have worked in a leadership role for a minimum of 12 months ( although the nursery is open to applications from experienced and ambitious nursery nurses or early years practitioners)

Must be qualified to level 3 or above

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and support a team.
