Nursery Practitioner

Little Boots is a small farm based nursery with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning. Our child lead approach will often take us on adventures in our 55 acres of fields and woodland in all weathers. We value the importance of our natural environment and the impact we have on it. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who shares our ethos to join our small team in a unique nursery.

Love of the outdoors and natural world desirable.

Level 3 or above is preferred but not essential. 

Forest school training or experience preferred but not essential.

We are a small team that value community and a sense of family, training and CPD are valued and encouraged.

The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic about working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development, have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and have the ability to plan for, deliver, record and assess the elements within the EYFS, be competent in computer use, be able to liaise with and report to parents maintaining confidentiality at all times. 

The role does require an enhanced Disclosure and barring check, proof of ability to work in the UK and 2 references which will be requested prior to interview.

Full time position, 8am-6pm, 4 days a week
