We are looking to the very best Nursery Nurses to join our amazing team!

Monkey Puzzle Highbury & Angel are owned and operated by the Kent family, we also recently acquired two more nurseries in St Albans taking our group to 4 settings. We are passionate about providing outstanding care and education to our children every day, sharing the family love right through our fantastic team of professional child carers.

We are keen to support Nursery Nurse candidates in order for them to reach their full potential towards their ultimate career goals, and help them to learn and grow in an Outstanding learning environment.

Our organisation is growing fast, with plans to open more nurseries in the future, so progression within our organisation is a very real and achievable prospect. We provide training and development plans for all team members to ensure that we are always learning and improving together.

Competitive and Progressive Salaries

-Base salaries for qualified Nursery Nurse starts at £22,750 p/a with annual reviews in January.

- Loyalty bonus scheme, adds £300 to annual salary for each 1 year of service.

-25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Training & Development

-13-week induction training period with mentor to support initial learning and development.

-3 Inset training days per year, with additional personal development plan implemented through regular supervisions with management team.

-Annual performance review, including 360 team feedback survey and performance self-assessment.
