Thriving nursery are looking to recruit an experienced nursery room leader to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will take charge of a busy room and be responsible for managing a team of nursery nurses. As part of the management team you will also work with other leaders to help ensure the smooth running of the nursery.

The role:

Permanent position, 40 hours a week, worked over 4 or 5 days

Managing a team of nursery nurses and supporting their professional development

Maintaining records that help with the smooth and safe running of the setting, such as attendance and accident records

Building warm partnerships with parents and being someone they trust and find approachable

Supporting the manager and other room leaders in all aspects of nursery life

The candidate

Must be an experienced room leader and confident and capable of taking charge of a large nursery room

Must hold a recognised childcare qualification at level 3 or above

Due to the location of the nursery own transport will be needed
