Nursery Manager

We are an independent, family owned group of ten settings. Our successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and pro-active attitude and have the ability to lead the team to form strong and supportive relationships with parents, children and the team. Our family of nurseries support each other in the North and South hub across Wiltshire, recognising that the learning journey is not just for the children. Together, the team grow and learn and this comes from a workplace of trust, respect and admiration.

We require an experienced Manager who shares our vision of respect, inspire, nurture and curiosity; someone who is bursting with enthusiasm and great ideas. You will have a natural affinity with parent partnerships and be focused on delivering excellent standards of care and education. You will be an exceptional team leader and be able to lead and inspire your future team as they in turn lead children through their amazing journey of learning and discovery; guiding and enabling them as they grow and develop.
