This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to gain career progression into the role of Field Nursery Manager.
You will be an experienced Nursery Manager who is passionate about childcare and education, with a strong ability to inspire and support a team.
You will have the autonomy to lead your teams to deliver the very best outcomes for the children within the nursery hence, you must have strong decision make and problem solving skills.
You will travel across the region providing support Nursery Managers, covering those who are on annual leave or providing support for new and established managers.
Field Nursery Manager day-to-day tasks include:
- Responsibility for the safety and welfare of children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years
- Managing occupancy and commercial performance of the nursery
- Accountable to maintaining and achieving quality and standards
- Ensure effective leadership and development across the nursery team
- Proactively advise and support parents to maximise customer satisfaction
- Overall responsibility for identifying and actively promoting staff development at all levels to support succession and company growth
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education
- An ability to lead, manage and inspire a team successfully together with good interpersonal skills.
- A sound knowledge of child protection procedures.
- A customer service approach, being willing to go above and beyond for families.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to lead the nursery marketing strategy including the planning and delivery of a strong marketing plan, the implementation of interesting marketing and retention events and the successful conversion of enquiries.
- The ability to plan and organise workload.
- A minimum of three years leadership experience in managing full day care settings.
- Effectively manage the nursery budget, including ensuring that income targets are met, budgeted staff and other costs are not exceeded.
