About The Role
The Early Years Alliance is a leading early years Charity, also the largest voluntary sector provider for childcare services. We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate candidates to provide tutoring and assessing for our early years training programmes (Apprenticeships and stand alone qualifications).
We are looking for experienced early years assessors with knowledge of the National Occupational Standards in Child Care and the Early Years Foundation Stage in the Southampton area.
Applicants must hold a recognised further or adult teaching qualification such as CTLLS, DTLLS, QTLS, Cert. Ed plus an assessing qualification such as Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent.
Excellent ICT and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire learners to achieve their potential.
You will be responsible for delivering tuition, providing online support, marking and workplace assessment visits.
1st stage interview (telephone call):Thursday 10th February 2022
2nd stage interview (virtual):Tuesday 15th/Wednesday 16th February 2022
