Qualified Nursery Practitioners required – Minimum of Level 2 Qualification
We are looking for Nursery Practitioners who hold a minimum of Level 2 qualification for part-time and full-time shifts. Shifts are Monday to Friday working 4,6, or 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm, with rotations between early and late shifts. Salary is dependent on qualification and number of hours worked. We are offering a £850 Welcome Bonus. *T’s and C’s apply.

Essential:
Qualifications:
- Enhanced DBS – signed onto update service, as well as two professional references (one from previous employer or college / school tutor), photo ID, proof of address and 5-year address history with no gaps
- Recognised childcare qualification, NVQ Level 2, or Level 3, or equivalent
- A positive approach in gaining new skills and further qualifications
Skills, aptitude, knowledge, experience:
- Understanding and experience of Child Protection, Safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Understanding of the learning and development of children
- A positive approach to learning and developing skills, through training, teamwork
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Be proactive and use own initiative
- Highly motivated and ambitious, able to meet deadlines and record children’s assessments accurately
- Have a proven ability to work together ensuring day to day tasks are accomplished in line with nursery demands. i.e. room preparation and hygiene standards

- Reliable and trustworthy and, able to develop cohesive working relationships

- ICT skills to support teaching, learning, and monitoring children’s progress Experience of planning / learning in the EYFS Experience of planning outdoor learning Proven experience of working in an early years setting that has achieved successful good or outstanding outcomes for children during regulatory inspections
