We are looking for a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team placing early years staff, teaching assistants, and teachers in schools and nurseries across London. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and candidate management skills. You would also be expected to demonstrate the intellectual ability required to enable you to take the desk to the next level.
Do you have:
- A passion for making a difference in education
- Experience in recruitment , sales or in the education sector
- Experience in an education setting (ideal) business-oriented mindset
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines
