The DEYM will work closely with and support the EYM to ensure effective implementation of our play based, child-initiated emergent curriculum. In addition to planning and directing sessions, facilitating weekly planning meetings, assisting with INSET training days, monitoring children’s learning journeys, the DEYM will be expected to champion effective quality teaching and learning, reflective practice and strive to build strong teams.

Above all, we are looking for a creative and innovative leader with a passion for teaching and learning.
