POST: Playworker
Responsible to: Headteacher/Extended Day Programme Manager
Salary: NJC Scale 3 £23,838 - £24,270 Pro rata
- Main job purpose
- To provide outstanding before and after school provision which focuses on extending children’s learning through play and enrichment. Delivery of varied activities for pupils to enjoy before and after school.
- To be responsible for running educational or recreational activities and ensuring that children are safe and happy during their time at the club.
- To work as part of the team and support colleagues in ensuring the excellent management of the club within the school. To be proactive in helping to maintain the club according to the prevailing legislation and meet Ofsted standards.
