Early Years Educators (Baby Room or Toddler Room)

Location: Hanwell, West Ealing 

Salary: £22,000- £27,000 depending on experience 

The Nursery

We are situated in Hanwell, and Ofsted rated Good. We currently cater for up to 40 children up to five years of age and offer both full-day and half-day sessions. We are open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and are closed for Christmas time according to the school term dates. We are also closed on bank holidays and three staff training days.

Children are encouraged to explore all areas, which offer a variety of experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, offering best of early education. We have a reasonable sized secured outdoor play area, which offers the children opportunity to learn and have fun outdoors.

The Nursery operates by its ethos of ‘Play, Learn, Create, Engage, Develop and Grow’ which encourages children to combine both structured learning experiences and their natural inclination to play, explore and question, to develop into young boys and girls, ready for the challenges that growing up will bring.

The Role

We are looking for Early Years Educators to join our team. There are currently two roles we are looking to recruit for; one in our 1-2 year old baby room, and the other in our 2-4 year old toddler room.

We are looking for qualified practitioners, whether experienced or newly qualified.

You will be required to work at least 30 hours per week, but we are open to have discussions around additional hours and flexibility.

The pay ranges from £22,000 to £27,000 depending on experience and hours.

You will need to be motivated with a passion for working with children and creating stimulating environments.
