The Happy Baby Community is a London based, user-led organisation, working with asylum seeker mums with children 3 years and under.

This is a vital role for the Happy Baby Community, supporting some of the most vulnerable children in the UK. We are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling young children to thrive and overcome the considerable challenges and hurdles that they face starting live in the UK asylum system. 

This is a fixed term contract for one year, working 3 days per week. A major element of this post is to develop community members to be able to work within the children’s programme.

The postholder will be part of the HBC Management Team and will manage the children’s work within our 5 groups, will oversee any special projects and develop relationships with outside agencies.
