So if you have the following:

• A great personality with ambition, drive and a willingness to learn
• Early Years qualification with experience.
• A Montessori qualification would be a bonus.
• Minimum Level 2 Childcare Qualification, L3 preferred.
• An understanding of the EYFS (and be able to demonstrate this at interview)
• High standards of work and cleanliness in the workplace
• A great work ethic and the ability to work as a team
• The ability to understand and adhere to policies and practices of the business
• Of course, you'll also need an Enhanced DBS check!
