Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

To provide high standard of physical, social and intellectual care for children in the setting.

Operate a program of activities to the age range of children.

Ensure the needs of individual children are met.

Actively promote and support safeguarding.

Work and support parents and other family members.

Engage in a good staff team.

Be flexible with working practices.

Be constantly aware of the needs of children, assisting with basic hygiene and toileting needs.

Be prepare to help where it needed undertaking certain domestic job: preparation of meals and cleaning.

Be responsible for keeping the premisses up to the right standard: safe, stimulating, cleaned and welcoming.
