Area Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Area Manager to join our fantastic team in the Wigan/St Helens area! 🎉

If you’re enthusiastic about providing high-quality childcare, supporting Nursery Managers, and advancing your leadership skills, this role is perfect for you.

You’ll play a key role in helping our settings thrive, growing our teams, and ensuring every child reaches their full potential!

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing nursery settings and upholding exceptional standards 🌟
• Developing leadership teams and driving success 🚀
• Ensuring nurseries remain compliant with Ofsted and our company policies ✅
• Supporting marketing efforts and achieving targets 🎯

What you’ll need:

• Senior-level experience and at least a Level 3 qualification 🎓
• A strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, Safeguarding, and leadership 🙌
• Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and a valid driving license 🚗
